The Indian Subcontinent's Core is The Ganga Valley..First Spread is to Northern Indus-Saraswati Valley and Narmada Godavari Basin...8000-6000 Second spread is from Northern Indus Saraswati Valley to rest of of Indus and Sarasvati Valley taking over or influencing small cultures..6000-3500..small outward movements continue.. Third spread is from this second Core to Iran,Caspian and Steppe..taking over or influencing existung cultures-3500-2000. Final spread is to southern part of Indian Subcontinent post 2000...from Godavari Southwards but no exaggerated influence due to realtively smaller size of spread and decent size of existing southern cultures. All spread is because of pressure of increasing popualation on existing resources.. This Core Aryan influence has seen waxing and waning in last 2500 years..in Indian Subcontinent and wherever it spread ..but overall has decisively waned in last 1000 years..
